The nominee must live and/or work in Inland Southern California, write in a way which conveys a sense of the community, and have an accessible body of significant published work over the last ten years.
If you think your nominee meets all of the criteria, put into one Word document:
- Your full name and contact information as well as the full name and contact information (if you have it) of your nominee.
- A brief explanation of why you think this nominee should be the next Inlandia Literary Laureate
- And either a biography of the author, not to exceed one page, including a listing of the author's significant publications over the last ten years, not to exceed one page OR a link to website where this information can be found.
- A writing sample illustrating why you think the nominee meets your definition of a regional voice vested in the people and places of this unique region, not to exceed two pages, OR a link to website where a sample can be found.
